The crystal growth, InGaN epitaxy, is our core technology. Based on the principles of the Nobel Prize winner Professor Zhores I. Alferov, his scientists graduated from the Ioffe Institute in St. Petersburg and patented the crystal structures. epimaxxTM represents the benefits of our epitaxy.

LED Components
Optogan offers blue and white light-emitting diodes (LED) with a wide spectrum of colour temperatures ranging from 2,500K to 10,000K.
For indoor & outdoor LED lighting such as home, office, industrial, shop or street lighting, you are bound to find the ideal product to suit your needs within our portfolio.
Our products cover diverse power ranges and offer various LED sizes and technologies. We proudly offer power class levels ranging from 0.1W to 100W, from the classic 0.1W PLCC2 through to the ceramic-based 1W LEDs and right through to the highest-performance chip-on-board modules (COB) with a power consumption of 5 to 100W.
Of all the components within our product portfolio, our range of COB modules definitely represents the key area of innovation
at Optogan.
Light engines in retrofit lamps, downlights and street lighting often require powerful collimated light sources, which we equip with our latest chip-on-board platforms.
