Why did the law change?Why did the law change? The world of work is changing. New jobs are being created
that require higher skills. Employers will be looking for
people with more skills, training and qualifications.
The more trainingand qualifications you have,
the better your chances of getting and keeping a good job
that you enjoy in the future. Many young people don’t stop learning at 17 or even 18 they: Go to university Go to college Enter work based training Take on an Apprenticeship to improve
their chances even further.
