Golden Rules for Traders:

1. Decide your rules for risk management and entry - exit points for

profit as well as loss.

2. Never lose more than 1 % to 2% of your trading capital on any one trade.

3. Know your limits so don’t trade with money you can’t afford to lose.

4. Trade in the direction of the trend in your trading time frame.

5. Only look for low risk/high reward trades or high probability set up. When you do not have any signals, do not trade.

7. Find a trading methodology that fits your personality.

8. Your risk management rules will determine the success of your technical trading system.

9. The size of your wins and losses determines your trading success.

10. There’s no one rule to success in options. Keep reviewing your assessment horizon incorporating macro and micro factors.

DAILY NIFTY

The benchmark indices ended on positive note on July 26 breaking six consecutive day fall

with Nifty finished near 11,300.

At close, the Sensex was up 51.81 points at 37,882.79, while Nifty was up 32.10 points at

11,284.30. About 1296 shares have advanced, 1173 shares declined, and 161 shares are

unchanged. Nifty future formed a green candle signaling a sign of retracement.

Among sectors, except energy and IT, all other indices are ended on the higher side led by

auto (up 2 percent), PSU bank (up 1.1 percent), pharma (up 1 percent) followed by FMCG,

infra and metal. BSE midcap and smallcap indices ended with marginal gains.

The Nifty bank future gained (0.97%) and at 29325.00 as it closed in positive,

recovering from a week long down trend. it formed a full bodied green candle .
