New regulations on the compulsory use of E-invoice

• All businesses will be required to use e-invoices when conducting any transactions

• To ensure tax revenue

• All transactions will be represented on E-invoices This is committed to ensure tax revenue

and avoid tax evasion.

E-invoices will be applied for companies from Nov 1st 2018 as a probationary application first, and be officially applied since Nov 1st 2020 afterwards

From 01 Nov 2018, the following businesses can use E-invoices

• Companies using self-printing invoices;

• Companies using invoices printed on order can switch to E-invoices;

• Newly established companies;

• Companies declaring electronic tax/ e-banking can switch to E-invoices via accounting software;

• Companies falling into above conditions prescribed by law.

It is a guarantee of reasonable and reliable information in transactions;

It is convenient because the purchase of paper invoices for each transaction is no longer needed;

No need to wait to receive the invoice or send via EMS;
