Fast on/off operation makes our PulsaJet® 10000 ideal for precise nail marking

Sharp, thin nail marks exactly where you want them – that’s what our PulsaJet 10000 Series spray gun provides. Using pulse width modulation (PWM), clean, accurate atomized sprays up to 10,000 cycles per minute are provided when used with the AutoJet® Spray Controller. The fast on/off operation produces a spray pattern that appears continu-ous but is actually intermittent and reduces the overall

From log separation through product marking – we can help

We have a wide variety of spray nozzle solutions suit-able for use in your applications. Check the list below for common areas in which spray technology is used and which we have innovative products to help improve your processes.

flow delivered to your panels. PulsaJet 10000 spray guns are available in a variety of configurations and can be equipped with UniJet® or QuickJet® spray tips.

For resin application, coating and marking, consider air atomizing nozzles

Now you can effectively atomize glue with our VAU and VMAU variable spray guns. These nozzles deliver uniform distribution of resin in the blender, feature a special anti-bearding design to eliminate build up and clogging and, if necessary, can be equipped with our electric band heat-ers or heat jackets to ensure trouble-free spraying of even the most viscous resins or glues.

Our standard J Series and Automatic JAU Series air atom-izing nozzles are also widely used for humidification, coat-ing and marking applications in mills like yours. Available in a wide range of set-ups, sizes, capacities, spray pat-terns, materials and configurations, you can achieve the exact spray performance you need. Other options for coating and marking include our low and high pressure spray guns with a choice of air or electric operation.

AirJet Fogger

VMAU air atomizing nozzle

Multiple ways to humidify – hydraulic and air atomizing

A popular choice for humidification is our hydraulic Impinge-ment nozzle, especially when conditioning is required. A high-pressure pump forces the conditioning water through the nozzle, producing very small drops. These drops evaporate quickly and provide the proper amount of humidification without an increase in temperature or over-wetting. Or, try our 1/4ML Hydraulic nozzle, a rugged, durable nozzle equipped with a strainer for consistent nozzle performance. Another option is our AirJet® Fogger spray nozzle that produces high-quality, cost-effective dry fog and is quickly serviced without tools to reduce maintenance time.

Precision Spray Options

Several options for drying and blow-off ranging from simple to sophisticated:

Our WindJet® Air Knife produces a uniform, high-volume wind curtain for cooling, general cleaning or drying. The air knife is available as part of a configurable package – com-plete with a low maintenance regenerative blower system. Other widely used nozzles for blow-off and drying include the UniJet® blow-off nozzle for a uniform flat spray pattern with air or steam, the UniJet TK spray tip for a wide-angle medium-velocity spray of air or steam, or the one-piece FloodJet® spray nozzle which creates a medium-velocity wide angle flat spray pattern.

Cleaning? Lubricating? Coating? Cooling? Our general purpose nozzles and spray guns may suit

Our general purpose nozzles and spray guns are avail-able in hundreds of sizes, capacities, spray angles, spray patterns and materials and are widely used in cleaning, rinsing, lubrication, coating, dust control and cooling applications.

• FullJet® spray nozzles feature uniform distribution of medium-to-large drops in solid cone-shaped spray pat-terns, making them ideal for efficient cooling and clean-ing.

• The MFP FullJet has a unique free passage design to minimize clogging and allow maximum liquid throughput – commonly used in cleaning applications where recir-culated water may be used.

• VeeJet® spray nozzles produce small-to-medium sized drops in a flat spray pattern and can provide even spray coverage when nozzles with overlapping patterns are required – common in coating and cleaning applications.

• WhirlJet® nozzles – excel-lent for dust control and gas cooling – provide a hollow cone spray pattern. Used primarily in applications where good atomiza-tion at lower pressures and quick heat transfer or effective airborne drop impingement is required, WhirlJet nozzles have large, unobstructed flow passages to minimize clogging.

• Many of our general purpose nozzles are available in QuickJet® and UniJet® versions. QuickJet spray nozzles reduce maintenance time. The spray tips are easily removed from the nozzle body with a quick 1/4 turn of the wrist – no tools required. UniJet nozzles also feature replaceable spray tips. Unscrew the retainer cap and remove the spray tip – that’s all that is required. In addition to simplifying maintenance, UniJet and QuickJet nozzles offer another cost benefit since only the tip is being replaced.

• UniJet TC spray tips feature a large tungsten carbide insert for maximum corrosion resistance and a stain-less steel tip body to protect against damage. TC tips are the preferred solution in many marking, adhesive and coating applications.

• An extensive line of versatile, easy-to-use spray guns is also available for spot cooling, gluing, mark-

ing, general cleaning and lubri-cation applications. Choose

from low, medium and high pressure options

with a wide range of extensions and

accessories so you can easily configure the

gun for your requirements.
