Description
Opimus was designed and built by Lazzara Yachts at their Tampa Facility. It was conceived as a
mobile sales center that can be moved (by towing) to accommodate boat shows and special
events.
Opimus is a feat of post-modern architecture. Her contemporary all glass design sits atop a tried
and true barge hull which can be securely moored anywhere with its own operational spuds
system (pilings) .
As you enter through the all glass entry way you are greeted by a 14' tall double sided waterfall
which has a 42" LCD projecting from behind the cascade of water. The main deck interior boasts
2,000 sq. ft. of interactive sales and information areas complete with kiosks, touch screen
computers, Apple TV multimedia stations and even operational simulators. In addition there is a
10' x 30' water wall that separates the main area from the VIP Lounge. Once inside the VIP
Lounge you are greeted by polished stainless steel flooring tiles and aluminum ceiling. Surrounded
by LCD's on every wall this VIP Lounge gains you access to a private outside balcony, perfect for
sunset cocktails.
The upper deck has four offices with glass walls that look out onto main floor and outside
balconies. The offices have access to a full width balcony that gives you a view of your
surroundings nearly 30' off above the water.
Below deck there is a special theater/presentation room, full service commercial kitchen, cafeteria,
men’s and lady’s commercial restrooms, storage room, equipment room, bedroom with shower
and stairwells at either end giving you access to above decks.
