Please apply the following tips to insure peak performance from your LidSaver™single cup lid dispenser. Due to manufacturing defects, damaged lids or poorly
stacking lid types, reliability of your LidSaver™ may be less than 100%. Under these rare conditions your customer is still able to easily retrieve a lid.
2 LIDSAVER™ OPERATIONS
1. Before loading lids, check your lids tobe sure they match the manufacturer andlid number noted on the “lid plate label”.
2. Flake lids prior to loading to separate any lids pressed together during packaging. 4. If tabbed lids are being used, orient
all “lid tabs” either up (12:00) or down(6:00) to avoid interference with “lidclaws”.
3. Cup lids must be loaded with the top ofthe lid stack facing forward.

LidSaver™ Loading Procedures:
Getting the Best Dispensing Possible from Your LidSaver PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE LOADING LIDS.The LidSaver™ is a welcome addition to our self-service beverage presentation. Overloading the LidSaver™ with lids will cause the LidSaver™ to not dispense our lids the way it was intended to. Understanding and following this simple procedure will result in providing safe and clean lids to your customers.
Illustration ALids dispense well
Illustration BLids dispense poorly and crack
Illustration CLids are uniform and evenly spaced right out of the sleeve. They will dispense very well.
1. We Start With Excellent Lids. Our lids stack well and evenly (See Illustration A).
Taking the time to load them properly into the LidSaver™ is important for good dispensing.
2. What Happens When You Overload the LidSaver™? Lids are jammed together (See Illustration B) and it may dispense two or more lids.
Lids that are jammed into the
LidSaver™ will flatten and crack on the edge which wastes the lids.
Lids that are jammed into the
LidSaver™ will stick together and not dispense well.
OVERLOADING DOES NOT PROVIDE ANY BENEFIT!
3. How to Get the Best Out of Your LidSaver™. Your LidSaver™ dispenser holds a sleeve of lids which is approximately 100 lids. Do not insert any more lids than the dispenser naturally and easily accepts.
When inserting a partially filled LidSaver™ push new lids gently into place until you feel light resistance and then stop (See Illustration C ) .
Your Lidsaver™ dispensers are factory set to dispense the specific lids which are identified on the round “Pusher Plate” located inside the dispenser. Load only these lids into your LidSaver dispensers.
Never load flat lids into a LidSaver™ set up for dome coffee lids.

LIDSAVER™ CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS
Housing
Over time “lid dust” or other debris may need to be
removed from the LidSaver to keep its appearance as
fresh and clean as possible. Follow these simple steps
as needed.
Tools: Flat and Phillips screwdriver, cotton cloth, mild
ceaning agent. Do not use power tools during these
steps. Excessive tightening may cause damage.
1. Remove all lids from LidSaver™ dispenser
2. Remove the door springs using a screwdriver
or needle nose pliers. The springs have a
specially designed loop which makes it easier
to remove or attach them. You do not have to
completely remove the springs.

Door springs
housing screws
4. Remove the housing by working it around the door.
Once you have removed the housing you can use a
clean, damp cotton cloth and soapy water to remove the
lid dust debris. To clean inside the LidSaver tube, simply
push the “pusher plate” back inside the tube and clean
as needed.
When you are finished removing the “lid dust/debris”
use a separate clean, damp, cotton cloth to wipe the
inside and outside of the housing to remove dust an streaks.
Optional Steps 5-7 While you have the housing remove
we recommend these procedures.
5. Saturate each “Pager Assembly” with warm soapy water
several times. Flex flipper portion of pager as your
cleaning to insure flippers operate freely.
6. While pushing “Piston” to the back of the tube, wipe
down bottom of tube to keep piston operating freely.
7. Spread a small amount of thick-bodied lubricant (Food
Grade Silicone, Vaseline, etc.) to each of the two (2) door
pivot points. Apply lubricant with the door fully open and
also underneath with the door in a closed position. Apply
a small amount of lubricant to each housing screw prior
to installing.
8. Replace housing taking care to not overtighten screws.
9. Reload the LidSaver with lids.
10. Reattach the door springs.
