    Functional and Operational Management:

    * New Loan review, set-up & maintenance - Documentation review to ensure compliance with all applicable loan documents. System set-up and maintenance of all newmortgages and modifications to existing mortgages.* Escrow Administration (Taxes and Insurance) - Tax and insurance records set-upand maintained on each mortgage. Managing disbursements of required vendor payments and escrow analysis preparation.* Cashiering Process - Cash processing and daily balancing of all payments received. Suspense monitoring and research to clear all unposted items.* Payoff Processing - Processing of payoff quote calculations, cash receipts andpreparation of mortgage release documentation, including commercial and multifamily loans.* ARM Loan Processing - Document review and set-up of ARM criteria.
