▪ All ATC OR AAP Partners must sign Partner agreement(s) via DocuSign, and Program fees must be paid, before Program subscription licenses can be issued

▪ Autodesk Partner Agreements are binding legal agreements and must be completed exactly per the defined Agreement completion process outlined in this presentation and in the Operations process document.

▪ Follow instructions in the updated procedural guide (DocuSign Process FY18 –v1)

▪ Agreements not processed correctly will be rejected

AUTODESK LEGAL AGREEMENT—Best Practice


DOCUSIGN | Agreement Process—Best Practice

1. Accurately enter Partner’s Legal Name and Address2. Ensure all highlighted fields are populated with correct information & highlight is removed after data is entered3. Accurately enter Agreement Effective Date using long-form date format—15th November 2017 (Effective date must be within 30-

days of Agreement’s Partner signature date)4. Send Partner .doc version of Agreement; ensure Agreement is properly formatted before sending for Docusign Signature routing.

Check the following:a) Agreement checked to ensure entire Agreement font is Times Roman b) Agreement tracked changes are accepted and Agreement is saved in FINAL format

5. Agreements with Redline corrections and tracked changes in the final .doc version will NOT be accepted or processed for signature by Autodesk Global Program Manager



Accurately enter Partner’s Legal Name and Address

Ensure ALL active Partner sites are included in Agreement(s):

DO NOT include Reseller/ VAR sites

The ATC Program and AAP Program are separate Programs; each requires a specific Agreement and separate signature process.


Ensure all highlighted fields are populated with correct information & highlight is removed after data is entered



Enter the ATC or AAP’s Legal signatory’s full name above ‘Printed Name” field.

Enter the Legal signatory’s title or position above ‘Title’.

This information is required. If it is not provided the Agreement will be rejected by Autodesk.

Enter an ‘X’ to select the correct Autodesk Entity for your region. If you are unsure of the proper entity, contact [email protected]

Enter accurate Legal Signatory’s First and Last Name in Data Importer data fields on final two pages of the Agreement(s). See example on Page 27 & Page 28 of ATC Agreement.

After fields are populated with correct information, ensure all highlight is removed before finalizing the Agreement

and saving final .doc version

▪ Complete the Docusign SEND spreadsheet including required information:

1. CSN

2. ORG ID

3. First & Last Name of Legal Signatory

4. Email Address of Legal Signatory

▪ Regional Distributor’s are responsible for maintaining on-going communication with new Partners during the enrollment and Agreement signature process

▪ Ensure Partner signs Agreement within 45-day signing grace period

▪ Ensure Partner understands Program Guide terms

▪ Ensure Partner understands annual License Fees and payment requirements

▪ Ensure Partner understands DocuSign signature process

▪ INSTALLATION AND USE OF PROGRAM LICENSES IS PROHIBITED UNTIL AN ATC OR AAP AGREEMENT HAS BEEN SIGNED AND EXECUTED

▪ Distributors must maintain a copy of all pending and EXECUTED Agreements in-house; Autodesk does not maintain legal documents on behalf of Distributors or Partner

New Partner Process/ Partner Enrollment Application


IMPORTANT—HOW TO USE

• Form required for ALL new ATC or AAP applications submitted for approval

• Provide all information requested on Enrollment Application Summary form

• Research competitors & other ATC or AAP locations; provide information in Summary

• Send completed Summary form AND Application form to: [email protected]

• DO NOT process new enrollmentapplication or Agreement signature(s) until Autodesk has approved Enrollment

• DO NOT issue licenses, or collect fees until Autodesk approves enrollment and Agreement has been EXECUTED

ENROLLMENT APPLICATION SUMMARY FORM




1. Receive completed ATC or AAP Enrollment Application document from your customer

2. Add basic details in Autodesk Partner Database (PDB)▪ Add Legal business name, main address, country, etc.

▪ Create ORG ID

▪ Create Site ID

3. Review and fully complete the Partner Enrolment Application Summary Form and send to [email protected] for approval; include all required supporting documents

4. Receive Autodesk’s (Vincent OR Ron) approval via email and process application

5. Request CSN/ Create DocuSign Agreement/ Create Invoice

6. Customer signs Agreement via DocuSign; Distributor receives courtesy copy of Agreement via DocuSign▪ ATC or AAP pays annual Program License Fee

▪ Partner and Distributor maintain file copy of Agreement(s)




7. Complete application Process application as per the standard procedure▪ Add relevant Partner information into the PDB

▪ Add Agreement DocuSigned Status in PDB ORG Journal Entry

▪ Request Partner’s access/ logins as needed

8. Send email to Engage team @ [email protected] OR log a case in Partner Center to add ATC to Autodesk Partner Locator; include:▪ New partner’s CSN

▪ Authorized product(s) to train

▪ Logo, Website URL, address, phone, etc.

9. Provide new Partner with subscription licenses for products authorized to train

10. Provide on-boarding support as appropriate
