Time for Mistletoe and Holly
2014
Whew! From the article to the left, and pictures on pages 2 and 3, you can tell that last year was quite an undertaking!
To shake it up a bit, this year, we will be taking the fun to the residents’ homes. Members of the Central Indiana Vintage Vehicles Club (CIVV) and the Indy GTO Club will be deliv-ering gifts and goodies personalized for each resident in early December.
If you would like to help support this event, please see the donation form on page 4.
Our Special Thanks
We are blessed to have individual members and organizations that support our efforts.
A very special thank you to all who contribute so generously individually and to the members of CIVV, Indy GTO Club and BMO Harris Bank for helping make the lives of these very special people better. Through your fundraising efforts and donations, life is a little brighter.

Operation: Christmas Cheer
Last year, we hosted a fabulous Christmas party for all the resi-
dents at the main Normal Life facility in Sheridan. Upon arri-
val, each guy and gal received a holiday bag to take to various
‘stations’ set up throughout the building.
The ladies received a makeup session and accessories and the
fellows wore a festive hat and scarf for ‘glamour shots’ in front of
a poster depicting Paris or Venice.
The residents created beautiful ornaments to take home for the
tree, decorated cupcakes with oodles of icing and toppings,
gazed upon and received ‘while you watch’ cotton candy making
and feasted upon holiday goodies and punch!
If that wasn’t enough to get them in the holiday mood, they
trekked to the large common area for a Christmas story, an old-
fashioned snowball fight with snowballs made from fabric and
stuffing, that actually felt like real snow. And, to top it off, Elvis
himself arrived for a concert (AKA Roy Reynolds)!!
When Elvis had left the building and it was time to go home, each
guy and gal received a wrapped gift to take home for under the
tree!
See pages 2 and 3 for more pictures.
