3. 打开 NCCAD3. Open the NCCAD →4. 在“文件（F）”目录下找到“导入 AutoCAD.DXF 文件”，打开保存的文件

4. Click "file " find " Import AutoCAD DXF file ", open the saved file. →

5. 点击放大镜 或 找到并调整图形。 →

6. 点击“线切割”,“加工轨迹向导”，出现加工路径向导对话框。 →6. Click on the "wedm", "create path1 wizard", appear create path wizard dialog box .

7. 在图中选择切割点坐标，左击。 →7. In the dialog box , first choose cutting point coordinates, left-click where the point locates.

8. “下一步”，从切割点引线到图片切入点，点击确定切入点，并按出现的箭头选择切割

方向。 →8.Click " next," lead a line from the cutting point to the picture, and click , and then click the

arrow to choose cutting direction.

9. 点击“下一步”，到第四步，点击完成。→9. Click "next" to step 4, click finish.

10. 点击“线切割”，“生成多次加工轨迹”，在出现的对话框内输入加工次数（1或 3或 5），

其他设置不动，并选择第一刀，点击“确定”。

10. Click "wedm", "create path2", in the dialog box set cut to 1 (1 or 3 or 5), and do not change

other Settings, and select the first step, click "ok".

11. 在图形上先左击后右击，图形变成红色。

11. First left then right click on the graphics, the graphics turn to red color.

12. 点击线切割，“发送多次切割加工任务”

12. Click”wedm”, and click"send path2 to wire cut".

13. 在出现的对话框内选择“1号卡”。

13. Dialog box appear and select “1-card”.

14. 再次在图形上先左击，再右击。

14. left-click and right-click on the graphics a second time as before.

15. 出现 Autocut操作界面，点击高频设置，出现参数设置对话框，设置相关参数，点击“更

新”，“确定”。

15. Appear Autocut interface, click on the （below the graphics）

and click “high power settings”，appear a parameter Settings dialog box, set the related

parameters, click "update", and "ok".

16. 点击“开始加工”，出现开始加工对话框，点击“确定”即可开始加工。
