Confession & Forgiveness

We have failed, O Lord,And our failures weigh heavily on our hearts and minds.

But you know what they are O God, and how far we have fallen short of your standards and expectations

We know that nothing can be hidden from you, we can only admit our guilt and accept your loving forgiveness.

Rid me of my guilt, O Lord, and restore me to a right relationship with you, and those around me.

God has had mercy on us, He loves us and has given His Son to die for us. I declare to all who repent and believe, that God has forgiven your sins in the name of the Father and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Peace be with you!Amen.

Almighty and merciful God, we thank you for sending to us the light for the world, the Word who became a human being and lived among us. Make the light of faith shine within us and be seen by those around us. We ask this through your Son, Jesus Christ our Lord, who lives and reigns with you and the Holy Spirit, one God, now and forever. Amen.

• God’s protection“But the Lord is faithful. He will establish you and guard you against the evil one.” 2Thessalonians 3:3
