This programme has been specifically developed with a strong bias towards practical learning. Designed for individuals requiring the basic skills necessary to audit areas of their own organisations’ management systems. Delegates will cover an introduction to Quality Assurance, Audit Preparation, Audit Techniques, Questioning Techniques, Listening, Reporting, Non-conformities and Corrective Action Programmes, Audit Follow-up and Close out. This two-day interactive programme is designed to update existing IRCA Certified QMS auditors who need complete transition training to retain their accreditation. The programme also serves as the foundation for new candidates not previously familiar with the ISO 9001 standards. ISO 9001:2015 Transition is designed to meet the training requirements set by IRCA for the training of auditors in the framework for a generic management system standard Annex SL Appendix 2 and the changes to ISO 9001:2015. The course combines all of the elements of the separate modules for Annex SL and ISO 9001:2015 into a single integrated training course.
