Go  to  h&p://ezads.mlive.com/michigan-­‐adportal/realestate  and  login.  If  you  do  not  have  an  account  please  go  to  h&p://bit.ly/1mqULWI  and  complete  the  form.  An  account  will  be  set  up  for  you  and  your  login  credenEals  will  be  emailed  to  you.  Please  check  your  junk/spam  folder  for  this  email.  

Once  logged  in  you  may  check  your  previously  submi&ed  ads  and  account  info.  and  review  deadlines.  To  place  a  new  ad  click  the  “Place  a  New  Ad”  bu&on.  

Select  your  publicaEon  and  click  “ConEnue”.  You  may  add  addiEonal  publicaEons  later  when  scheduling  your  ad.    

Select  “Real  Estate”  for  classificaEon  and  package  and  click  “ConEnue”.  

Select  a  template  and  click  “ConEnue”.  

Select  your  property  and  click  “ConEnue”.  Enter  the  property  ID  to  search  or  click  “Get  All  Records”  to  view  all  your  properEes.  

Complete  the  property  detail  informaEon  and  click  “ConEnue”.    You  have  the  opEon  to  select  an  agent  photo  or  logo.  The  proof  of  your  ad  will  update  on  the  right  as  you  add  informaEon.    

Review  the  proof  of  your  ad.  

Click  on  the  ad  image  to  enlarge  for  proof  reading.  

Select  the  dates  you  want  your  ad  to  run.  You  must  select  two  dates.  You  may  also  select  addiEonal  publicaEons.  

Select  your  method  of  payment  and  complete  your  billing  informaEon.  Please  read  and  agree  to  terms  and  condiEons  and  then  click  “Purchase  Ads”  to  complete  the  transacEon.
