Transition from Primary school to The HeathAt The Heath we understand how important this time is We haveAt The Heath we understand how important this time is. We have a structured program of events to ensure that when September arrives your child feels more confident about starting ‘big school’.y g g• A member of The Heath staff visits all our new students in their primary 

school. They are given a project to complete ‘All about me’
