Limited Materials in Some Subjects

Some program personnel resistant to amend program budget to reflect savings for fear they will lose future funding. Limited Collaboration Across Some Content Areas

Cost is low for a digital copy, but may be a burden for those that need a hardcopy.

Not Cost effective if students and staff involved are not on board or if significant alterations are needed. May be a local issue that others believe Global Thinking is not required.

Rigidity of licenses if restricted to use.

I do not think that the challenges are true challenges, but those that others might voice.

Personally, the only challenge I have found is finding materials in some of the diverse topics we are working with in addition to potential faculty/staff resistance to adapting and learning about OER.
