The Data Portal provides multiple customized tools to gather indicators, analyze them and export them into multiple formats. Users can visualize socio-economic indicators over a period of time, gain access to presentation-ready graphics and perform comprehensive analysis on a country and sub-national level.

The Data Search page of the portal enables you to search any indicator data in any of the data sources of National Institute of Statistics of Rwanda.

The Map module displays an interactive map of Rwanda where users can select an indicator to view comparisons across regions. Users can view data for selected provinces and districts, visualize a time-series analysis of an indicator over a period of time, and view a region’s ranking alongside other regions for the selected indicator

Dashboards provide a snapshot of specific pre-selected indicators. The Dashboard section’s main advantages are its visualization capabilities and representation of data in tables, charts and maps all at the same time.

In every element of the dashboard, users can select their preferred data type, as well as manage its content by changing selections in dimensions in the highlighted title. This tool provides users with presentation-ready reports with high-quality statistics.

Data Query is an alternative analytical tool of the portal. It is an easy-to-use and powerful tool for data visualization in table, chart and map mode.
