Casie Wexler uses a contract for AP students to review and sign in the spring.

In this document is a copy of the contract Casie provided to AP students in spring 2019 for

the 2019-20 school year. Note that the 2020 exam schedule on the second page of the

form lists only the AP Exams that Casie’s school administers. For the official complete

2020 AP Exam schedule, visit AP Central. The full 2020 AP Exam schedule is also printed on the back cover of Part 1 and Part 2 of the 2019-20 AP Coordinator's Manual.

AP Registration Contract 2019-2020

This form is for any student who has selected an AP course for the 2019-2020 school year. Please read

this information carefully, complete the bottom portion, and return it to the guidance office as soon as

possible. Failure to complete this process may jeopardize your ability to participate in the AP program.

Completion of this form does not guarantee enrollment in the selected AP courses.

Exam Ordering & Procedures:

● Students enrolled in AP courses are required to pay for and take the corresponding exams

● The deadline for ordering AP Exams is November 1.

● AP Exams will be $64/exam for EHT students ($100 for Capstone), but additional fees will applyfor canceled and/or missed exams. Students who don’t show up for their exam(s) will incur a

$40 fee from the College Board (regardless of free/reduced lunch)

● Students eligible for free/reduced lunch will have their exam fees waived. If you believe you are

eligible for the lunch program, you must submit your application to the HS Cafeteria no later

than September 30 th

● Digital activation: At the beginning of the school year, students will complete a simple online

enrollment process that will provide access to the new classroom resources and informationnecessary for exam registration. Make sure you have access to your College Board account.

● Make sure your email address is up to date in Naviance (see your counselor)

● Review the 2020 AP Schedule on the back of this form

New Classroom Resources:

● AP question bank: Teachers can use this library of real AP Exam questions to create in-class or

homework practice assignments.

● Performance results: Get feedback on the questions assigned. See areas where students need

to focus their practice.
