ONLINE REGISTRATION—STEP BY STEP

1. Click the link in your email that says “RENEW”.

2. You will go to the II Chapter 1 website opening page. On the right side of the page under Quick Access click “Renew or Update Your Membership”

3. You will go to a page which says “Member Login”. Fill in your email address.

4. You will be told that your membership has been found and you have a password.

However, you do NOT have a password and you must create one. To create one, click “Forgot Password”

5. The next screen tells you to “Reset Password”. Enter your email address. NOTE: Have a

password in mind. Use something easy to remember or write it down so you can have it the next time you log in. You will not need to create a new password in the future, unless you wish to change it.

6. Go to your email and open the email from Ikebana International. You will not lose your application by doing this.

7. Click on the link that sends you back to reset your password.

8. Enter your password and confirm your password.

9. You may receive an error message that says you may not reset your password while logged in—ignore this. Wait a minute and you will be taken to your membership record.

10. There will be a listing of your type of membership, your membership ID, when you joined and your expiration date. Next to the expiration date click on “Renew Membership”.

11. This is the application for renewal. Review all information and make any needed

changes. What you put here will appear as written in the Yearbook.

12. At the upper right hand side, you provide your credit card information to pay your dues.

13. Click “Renew Membership” and you will receive a confirmatory screen. This completes the registration process.

14. Note: If you need to make any changes to your record information at this point, you

may go to the bottom of the screen and click on “edit membership information”. Make any needed changes. Click “Update Membership Information”

15. At the top of the page under the name Ikebana International Chapter No. 1, you may

click “log out”.
