Logging into the Customer Portal for the first time

1. Go to: http://www.ymcansw.org.au/who-we-are/locations and search for your local YMCA

2. Click the ‘Log In’ Button

3. This will now load the customer portal log in page, enter your email address as your log in and

default password is set to ‘YMCANSW’ *unless you are a new member that joined online, this will be the

password you selected, then Click ‘Login’

4. After logging in for the first time you will be emailed a ‘Password Retrieve Code’. Enter this below and

click ‘Continue to change password’

5. Change your password as below. Agree to the Terms and Conditions and Click ‘Continue’

6. You will now be logged into the Customer Portal as below, if you have any questions or problems

logging in please contact your centre. Centre contact information can be found below:

Updating Contact Information

1. Go to My ProfileMy Profile

2. This section enables you to:

Upload a photo as a profile picture

Edit Profile

Change Username (must be an email address)

Change Password

3. Click ‘Edit Profile’

4. Here you can edit the contact information listed on the left hand menu:

5. After editing click ‘Save Profile’

Paying an Outstanding Balance

1. If a member has an outstanding balance for a class or a memberships, they now have capacity to pay this online. After logging in to the customer portal a message will display at the top of the page as below:

2. Click ‘here’ and the below will display with the details of the outstanding payment(s):

3. Click ‘Confirm and Pay’

4. Payments can only be made from a credit card, enter details and click ‘submit’

5. After Processing, it will return to the ‘My Account’ page and display ‘Payment Successfully Made’ as below:

You will notice there is no outstanding and the purchase history has been updated

Update Direct Debit Details for Memberships

1. Log into your customer portal and go to My ProfileMy Account

2. Click ‘Update My Direct Debit Details’

3. Click the ‘Actions’ icon

4. Once read the terms, click the tick box listed and click ‘Update Creditcard Details’ or ‘Update Bank Details’

5. Enter Details and click ‘Submit’

6. You will see the below message, ‘Debit Details Successfully Updated’

Print Purchase History

Note: this is restricted to the last 90 days only

1. Log into your customer portal and go to My ProfileMy Account

2. Go to ‘View last 90 Days’

3. You can now view the last 90 days of purchases, if you wish you can export this to a CSV file:

Renewing or Purchasing Additional Memberships

1. Go to Buy OnlineMemberships

2. Click on ‘Buy’

3. Enter a Start Date and click ‘Confirm Membership’

4. Enter Card information and Click ‘Submit’

5. The member screen will now update with all active memberships including the membership

purchased

FAQ - Customer Portal

Q1. What is my log in or password?

Answer: If you are an existing member of your local YMCA, the email provided when you joined the facility is your default log in and the default password has been set to: ‘YMCANSW’ If you are having further trouble logging in please contact your local YMCA via the link below: http://www.ymcansw.org.au/who-we-are/locations

Q2. Where do I go to log into the customer portal?

Answer: Click the Log in Link below: http://www.ymcansw.org.au/who-we-are/locations Search your local YMCA and click the ‘Log In; Button

Q3. I want to change my direct debit details can I do this

online?

Answer: Yes! You can do a number of things online including:

Q4. I need to reset my password for the customer portal, how

do I do this?

Answer: Click the ‘forgot Username/password’ link on the customer portal

Enter email address and click ‘Retrieve Password’

You will now receive a password code to your email e.g. below

This will now log you into the customer portal

Q5. How do I update my surname in the customer portal?

Answer: this needs to be done in centre unfortunately and cannot be done online. Please contact your local YMCA below: http://www.ymcansw.org.au/who-we-are/locations
