FASTING that they rarely, if ever, counsel people. If someone comes to them with a great problem or urgent need, their standard answer is, “go to prayer mountain and FAST and pray for three days”. If they return with the problem still unmet, they tell them to go and FAST and pray for a week. (Then for ten days/then for forty days.) They do not think it possible that a person would ever return to them again with the problem still!

1. History has been fashioned and written by men and women who understand and practiced the Secret art of Fasting.

2. The Founder of the New Testament Church, The Lord Jesus Christ before he did anything went into the Wilderness led by the Spirit to Fast.

3. The very first Spiritual Practice of the Lord was not to preach, or the heal the sick or to prophesy.

4. The very first Spiritual Act of the Lod was Fasting. His Fast was for 40 Days.
