BSLI - Mob application

• One97 has created the OBD for various activities for BSLI:– Renewal calling– Reminder calling– Lapse calling – Pre-termination calling – Advisory calling

• The purpose of the OBD for the activities are timely calling to BSLI customer base for different policy alerts.

• Process for calling – Client shares the database for calling & informs the application for which the calling has to be done. The indemnity letter is also shared by the client.

• One97 suggests way to improve the conversion rates and are effective monitoring that lead to increased ratio in success rates.

• One97 is working on various applications for I Pru:– SMS Backed by Voice– OBD (Out Bound Dials)– Dynamic OBD

• SMS Backed by Voice – In this application the end user sends an SMS with the desired keyword to 53030 (Chintamani, Mantra, Montro and Mantr). The user get an OBD call which informs him about the benefits, tips for Life Insurance products. The OBD has various options for Life Insurance products, get latest tips & also an option to get connected to the customer care dept.

• OBD – This application is used by the client to inform the customers their new Toll free number.

• Dynamic OBD – This application is an IVR designer. Through this application the client will be able to upload their own prompts and make changes as per their product specifications and customer base.

• OBD : Sub Broker – This activity is specifically for the registered broker of ICICI Securities and informs them about the market trends and tips. The database for the registered brokers are uploaded & calls are made out to help them analysis the market behaviour.
