02 Premolarocclusioncolorwasthencheckedus-

ingtheLSKChairSideShadeSelectionGuideand

determinedtobePO-5orMilkyBlueincolor(Fig. B).Tothe

author’seye,itcouldbedescribedasa“pink-blue”tone.

03 Next,TranslucenceEnamelwaschecked,and

determinedittobe#5orClearincolor(Fig. C)

andthenforBlueEnamelcolor,shownhereasBU-1,Light

(Fig. D).

04 Thetoothwaspreppedandthestumpcolorpho-

tographed(Fig. E)withtheadjacenttoothcolor

alsodisplayed.Thebluetonewillbemimickedduetothe

amalgamfillinginpremolarNo.6.

05 WithPrimotec’sPrimopatternlightcuringgel

(Fig. F),acopingwascreatedandlightcuredfor

5minutes(Fig. G).

06 GCInitialOneBodyPorcelain,C-1,waslayeredon

withnoenamelporcelainneeded(Fig.H).

07 Afterfiringat900ºC,theenamelcolorisstill

visible(Fig. I).

08 Afterthisapplication,thelustrepastewasapplied

withInitialIQontotheOneBodycolor(Fig. J).

09 Next,brown,grayandpinklustrepasteswere

mixedtogether(Fig. K)tocreateastainthatwill,

whenappliedtothecrown(Fig. L),matchthepatient’s

adjacentteeth.

10 Thecrown,whencomparedtotheformofanatu-

raltooth,isaduplicate(Fig. M).

11 Theinsideofthecrownisdisplayedontopofthe

GCIQOneBodybottle(Fig. N)andthenagain

post-cementationinthepatient’smouth(Fig. O). lab
