General Instructions for Counselling

1. Candidates who have applied for admission earlier will be offered admission in order of merit

prepared on the basis of marks obtained in online entrance test/PI subject to meeting all eligibility

conditions as stipulated in the prospectus of 2019-20. In case any seat of reserved category remains

vacant, those seats will be converted to general category as per University norms and admission

will be offered to eligible candidate from merit.

2. Candidate who have not applied earlier will be offer admission on the basis of marks in

qualifying exam and Personal interaction with respective associates from industries.

3. 1st preference will be given to candidates of Category I. If any seat left vacant after entire list of

Category I is Exhausted, Category II candidates will be considered for admission.

4. Candidate must be PERSONALLY PRESENT during the scheduled date and time of

counselling.

5. No claim for seat due to late reporting or absentisem will be considered.

6. All admission will be provisional until final verification of all eligibility criteria is made.

7. Seats will be allocated as per merit list, admission on these seats is subject to

Availability/Vacancy at the time of admission.

8. All candidates should in come in person for registration on 09-08-2019 from 09:00 AM

onwards. Separate Merit list for category I and II of registered candidates will be prepared

and candidates will be offered admission on vacant seats as per category and merit.

9. In case any seat of reserved category remains vacant after counselling, those seats will be

converted to general category as per University norms and admission will be offered to eligible

candidate from merit.

10. Number of vacant seat may increase, if any cancellation of admission is reported.

11. Admissions will be offered on actual number of vacancies available on the day of admission.
