Situation Mile End Farm has excellent road access via the A50 Stoke/Derby link. From the A50/A515 roundabout at Sudbury pick up the A50 east towards Derby and the A38 junction at Toyota. Travel approximately 5 miles passing Dove Valley Park on the left and at junction 5 leave the A50 onto the A516 signposted Hilton and Hatton. Take the fourth exit on the roundabout and travel under the dual carriageway towards Hilton and Hatton and at the second Hilton roundabout bear left towards Egginton. At the first mini roundabout pick up the A5132 towards Egginton and after 600 yards turn left into Lucas Lane. The farm lies at the top of the lane with car parking on the right. From the A38/A50 junction at Toyota pick up the A50 towards Stoke on Trent and travel approximately 1 ! miles to junction 5. Leave the A50 and at the bottom of the slip road take the first exit signed Hatton and Hilton. At the next roundabout take the first exit and at the mini roundabout pick up the A5132 signposted for Willington and Egginton. Travel approximately 600 yards and turn left into Lucas Lane with the farm lying at the top of the lane. ‘To the Sale’ and ‘Car Park’ signs will be erected on the morning of the sale. Please refer to the location map within the catalogue. Car Park - As sign posted on the sale day. This genuine retirement dispersal sale arises as a result of the retirement of Mr Graham Bull who has farmed at Mile End Farm all his life trading as C H Bull & Son. The family have been on the holding for four generations and more recently have farmed store cattle, reared from calves. The Bull family have always been Ferguson and Massey Ferguson stalwarts with many of the Ferguson/Massey items owned from new and in good order. The 4WD tractor has been maintained by local Massey Ferguson engineer Mr Doug Mottershead. Purchasers should attend and bid at the varied lots at this interesting Saturday sale.

The auction sale is being conducted in accordance with strict social distancing rules and Government Guidelines in accordance with COVID 19 regulations.
