What’s included with your system

Using the On Demand Ozone SystemWhen your oxygen and ozone generator are running and your On Demand Ozone System us on, ozone will travel from the Ozone In to the Ozone Out, where it will flow into your ozone destruct, water bubbler, or other accessory.

The Syringe Port on the top of the unit can be used for multiple purposes. You can attach a syringe to fill it, either using a Luer Lock Syringe (recommended) or with a piece of tubing, or you can attach tubing to another ozone accessory that requires intermittent ozone as needed, like an Ozone Dental Handpiece. Once you’ve attached a syringe or accessory, you are ready to use the system.

When you’re ready to fill a syringe or want to direct ozone into a Dental Handpiece or similar accessory, there are two methods:

Method one: Push the Fill Syringe Button. When the syringe fills to the desired amount, push the button again and remove the syringe.

Method two: Press the foot pedal until the syringe is full, then lift your foot off the pedal. This is preferred for those who want a hands-free option.

1. Plug the power cord into the Power input on the back of the unit. Plug into your wall outlet.

2. Attach tubing from your ozone generator to the Ozone In port on the left side of the system.

3. Attach tubing to the Ozone Out port on the right sde of the system and connect it to an ozone destruct, water bubbler, or other ozone accessory. We recommend using a destruct so ozone does not flow freely into the room when you are not filling a syringe.

6. Turn on your oxygen source and ozone generator as specified by the manufacturer’s manual.

7. Turn on the unit by flipping the switch on the back.
