On 13th March 2015, I had finished a course on “Safety Management Regulation and Safety Inspection Programme and Accident/Incident Investigation”, which was organized by the Occupational Safety and Health Training Centre of the Labour Department, Hong Kong.

This course had focused in the Chapter 59 AF, which is “FACTORIES AND INDUSTRIAL UNDERTAKINGS (SAFETY MANAGEMENT) REGULATION”. The Chapter 59 AF’s content has been divided into several focuses, including safety management system, safety policy, safety committee, safety audits and safety reviews.

The Chapter 59 AF was agreed on 24th November 1999, and being effective on 1st April 2002.
