Liaise with COMPANY with a view to seeking timely resolution of interface issues that may have a scheduling, cost or performance impact on the Project

Implement the necessary interface tools and provide the relevant interface methodology assistance to all concerned Project stakeholders

Ensure, where the verification of physical interfaces is required, that physical checks are carried out during integration tests

Assist the Consortium’s Partner in handling their external interfaces vis a vis of COMPANY and other COMPANY’s Contractors

Ensuring that all work is done in a manner consistent with Subsea7’s minimum standards and policies. Ensure utilization of Shell global work processes (Performance agreements, HSE management process, MOC process, etc).

Carry out project lessons learned and/or after action reviews to document problems and prevent reoccurrences
