Highest Power LED TechnologyWith peak irradiance intensity of 8,000mW/cm2, and up to four LED heads installed, the OmniCure® LX300 LED UV Curing System provides the highest power and most reliable 365nm LED technology currently available with the option of full or half power output. Where multiple LED heads are required, irradiance on each head is uncompromised and consistent.
Intelligent LED Head DesignLeveraging OmniCure®’s patented Intelli-Lamp® technology, each OmniCure® LX300 LED head includes built-in LED temperature and LED life monitoring circuitry. This allows for optimized life and lower cost of ownership. OmniCure® LX300 LED heads have a typical estimated life of over 20,000 hours and are guaranteed for 10,000 hours of operation.
Highly Efficient LED Head CoolingThe LED heads have been uniquely designed for highly efficient cooling to maximize continuous operation without over-heating. This will minimize costly down time and extend the life of the LED heads resulting in low cost of ownership and convenience that can be relied on. Due to its’ superior design and if properly clamped, the head may be used continuously without over-heating.
Easy-to-UseThe LED display is ideal for use in all types of manufacturing environments, it is extremely robust and easy-to-read compared to competitive LCD-based display systems which are susceptible to temperature and humidity changes and display degradation through rough handling. With only three navigational mode buttons conveniently located on the front panel below the LED display, the system is uncomplicated and user friendly.
Environmentally FriendlyThe OmniCure® LX300 system has low energy consumption and is powered by a simple universal power AC/DC adaptor. The LED heads also do not contain any mercury in the light source so the need for special handling, storage or disposal before, during and after use is greatly reduced. The OmniCure® LX300 also conforms to stringent RoHS and CE regulations and requirements. With instant On/Off of LED heads, and no more waiting for the system to warm up or cool down, the OmniCure®
LX300 contributes to considerable energy savings over the life of the unit, and impact on the environment.
Small FootprintNearly half the size and weight of our lamp-based UV curing system, the robust and fanless case design of the OmniCure®

Patented Intelli-Lamp• ® Technology for Long LED Head Life - GuaranteedIntelli-Lamp® technology has been applied to the LED head design to guard against over-temperature conditions, extend operating life and continuously track the operating hours of each head. Estimated LED head life is greater than 20,000 hours with a guarantee of 10,000 hours (or 3 years, whichever comes first).
Energy Efficient• Even with all four heads installed and engaged, the total power consumption is only 17% of a lamp-based system. At only 72VA at full power and an energy sipping 44VA at half power, the OmniCure® LX300 leads the pack in energy efficiency.

Multiple Fixturing OptionsThe Installation Clamp can be located above or below various shaped mounting fixture configurations such as brackets, conveyor systems or motion stages. The LED head can be removed/inserted separately and moved to a different work station if desired.
CE, RoHS CompliantThe OmniCure® LX300 is environmentally friendly as the system does not require mercury for its’ light source unlike the lamp type systems which require mercury in its’ light source. The system incorporates the China RoHS requirements and the CE regulatory requirements to further aid in ensuring an environmental system and safe use.
