The first annualJeep Heritage Expo kicked off with hundreds of custom Jeepsarranged in different Show& Shine categories alongwith Omix-ADA’sown30rareJeepsrangingfromveryearly1941prototypestothelatest2016Wranglers.

Omix-ADArolledouttheredcarpetforattendees,invitingthemtoget an exclusive look at its extensive historic Jeep collection.Highlights of the collection include one of 100 original 1941BantamBRCmodelsinexistence–towhichJeepowesitshistoriclineage;aWorldWarII-eraFordGPAamphibiousJeepintendedtocrossriversandlakes;andarare1946WillysCJ-2AJeeporiginallycustomizedwith farming implements. The farm Jeep is equippedwith a front PTOwinch, an engine driven air compressor, a reartowingboom, aNewgrenbuzz sawwith table, anddual tires forimprovedstabilityinthedirt.Hundreds of Jeep owners arrived during the Expo to showcasetheirJeepintheShow&Shineandcompeteforawardsinmultiplecategories.Participants traveledas faras700miles toattend.AllentryfeestoshowcaseaJeepintheShow&ShineweredonatedtotheAmericanDiabetesAssociation,totaling$3,500inoneday.Hostedatthecompany’sheadquartersinSuwanee,Ga.,theExpoalsogaveJeepenthusiaststheirfirstever opportunity get an inside look at the Omix-ADA’s 230,000 sq. ft. development and distributionfacility,whichhousesover20,000parts,allowingloyalfansofthebrandanexclusivelookintotheinnerworkingsofthebrand.
