Outline

(1) This product is an illuminator of a reflected fluorescence system designed for CK40.

(2) Target market and users Target market: Tissue culture routine market represented by culture, growth, immunity and pharmacy

(3) Applicable microscope: CK40

Features

(1) Switching between B excitation and G excitation is easy because the 2-cube IN-OUT method is adopted.

(2) Two-wavelength observation and transmitted light observation can be set simultaneously.

Using conditions

(1) This illuminator is designed for B excitation and G excitation observation only. (This is

(2) because the lamp housing (U-LHSOHG) has a built-in ultraviolet protective filter.) Use a shutter for transmitted light observation.

(3) Be sure to mount the shield covers to the RFA base from both sides of cube. This prevents flashlight.

(4) Weak flashlight goes into the visual field at the time of cube switching. However, this

(5) involves no hazard because the lamp housing has a built-in ultraviolet protective filter. The standard performance is not guaranteed if it is combined with a lamp housing other than U-LHSOHG.

(6) The standard performance is not guaranteed if an objective other than the designated types is used. (Refer to Item 11 in “4. Specifications.“)

2. Adjusting the cube working force

2-1 Set the cube shown in the following illustration to adjust the working force using a tension gauge.

Insert a set of SPRING @ and SCREW 0 at four locations, fit the CX-DMB-2 0 (product) on the DOVETAIL 0, and measure the working force in the whole stroke using a TENSION GAUGE 0.

Setting the end of the tension gauge on the (B, G) knob position, measure the working force.

Standard working force: 250 2 50 g (2450

If the result is not within the standard range, adjust it by tightening or loosening the four pieces of SCREW 0.

3. Adjusting the click removing force of the cube
