Identified Subgroup Warden/HMs Leaders:1. ?? - 6 wardens - in charge of right side of main church and offertory/collection and communion formation.

2. ??- 7 wardens - in charge of left side of main church, inside doors, communion formation and paving way for procession going in and out of the main church.

3. ??- 7 wardens - in charge of outside doors and control of crowd going in/out and upstairs.

4. ??– 5 wardens - in charge of 4th floor offertory/collection and communion formation.

5. ?? – 5 wardens at Catech Rooms

6. ?? – 5 wardens at Canteen

Important note to Wardens:1. Do not overload the main church and especially the 4 th floor. HMs at the stairs to control crowd.

2. If main church is full, if possible, please close all the doors to avoid the leakage of air condition units (like what happened in 2010/2011 incidents. Lead overflow crowd to Catech Rooms or at Canteen.

3. HMs at the doors, please stay on your positions throughout the celebration. Make sure doors are closed.

4. Pews to be reserved (please see the masterplan).

5. All wardens, please remain calm and put a smile - let's try to control the crowd and explain to them with a BIG smile.

6. During communion, make sure that the Holy Host is consumed in front of the EM. If you see someone not consuming the Holy Host, please catch his/her attention and make sure that he/she consumes the Holy Host. Else, please ask for the EM’s action.

7. Any dropped Holy Host, please give to the Communion Minster/Altarserver.

8. Meet up at 6:30pm at canteen area – blue sash to be distributed on this time as well

OLSS Filcom First Aid Team 2013


Simbang Gabi 2012 Lessons & Implementations1. PVC Chairs were setup in front of the first pews for Reader and EMs. The reserved

seats for them were used by the congregation. (Will do the same for 2013)

2. First Aid Team coordinated by Bro Butch was a success. See separate write up for details. (Will do the same for 2013)

3. A/V Live Feed successfully setup at Canteen. Around 200 of the overflow crowd were able to celebrate the Mass with the rest at the main church. (2013 Canteen AV Live Feed is ongoing installation by Parish AV Team, should be ready by SG2013)

4. Still saw overflowing crowd despite AV Live feed at Basement, thus some doors at the main church were kept open for the benefit of those outside. (2013 Catech Rooms have been installed with AV Live Feed, these rooms can hold another 200 of the overflow crowd).

5. Food distribution: Able to manage but could have been better as we were not able to control the crowd already at canteen which started taking food even though Mass has not yet concluded. (Will need better management on food distribution and safety – to utilize the Canteen Kitchen area for 2013).

6. Food: Sufficient food – thanks be to God!
