'1. Sealed tenders are invited in the prescribed format form the registered agency/firm having validPAN and GST Registration for "Providing AMC of Air Conditioners" to SIIMU, OLM.

2. Place, date & time for submission ol bid: Office of the State Mission Director, OdishaLivelihoods lvlission, SIRD & PR Campus, Unit-Vlll, Bhubaneswar-751012 on or before-o! / ol. up to 3.00 P.M. On the same day bid will be opened at 4.00 PM publicly

4. Scope of Servicesa) The Period of AMC will initially for one year which may be extended to another two year on

same terms & conditions & price, based on satisfactory performance and discretion of theState Mission Director of OLI\I.

b) There will be two mandatory servicing of ACs in an interval of Six Months.c) Technical Support for diagnosis of fault and rectification.d) This comprehensive AMC includes replacements of parts, compressor, refilling of gas etc.e) Onsite support for correction of hardware problems.f) All major and minor Hardware repair and replacement for damage due to high voltage and

lightening.g) Problem diagnosis and rectification on entire System.h) Coverage should be - 24 hrs X 7 days in Week.i) The vendor will deploy a designated personnel equipped with adequate media for

communication. The person should reach SIVIMU. Oltvl office Bhubaneswar within Hour ofreceiving complaints from OLM. The vendor is also liable to provide immediate support as andwhen informed by OLt\il in holidays

j) The vendor should be equipped with his own mechanical, electrical and / or electronic tools toattend all the activities.

k) One mandatory visit to be made in every month in working days (during normal working hoursis 10.00 hrs to 17.00 hrs) for preventive maintenance.

l) The Visit should be duly certified by the Authorised staff of OLM. Out of mandatory, visit, OLMImay trigger any other visit. Vendor should file the report to Olt\il afler duly signed byauthorized officer.

5. Bid Pricea) The contract shall beforthefull quantity as described above.b) All duties, taxes and other levies payable components shall be included in the total price.

Eligibility Criteria of the Bidder:The bidder shall furnish the following documents to establish the bidder's eligibility: -a) Certificate of incorporation of the agency.b) The firm should be registered under GST. (Proof to be enclosed)c) Attested photocopies of PAN Number (Proof to be enclosed)d) Price Bid in the prescribed format(Annexure-1) duly signed and sealed in each page.

12. Termination of Contractln case the bidder does not fulfil and condition or failed to provide services as per the terms &condition the contract will be terminated.

Performance SecurityThe. performance security 5 % of the contract value shall be submitted by the selected badder andwill be retained till the contract period. lf the firm fails to execute the contract, the security moneywill be forfeited rhe security money will be refunded after successful execution of the contractwithin 28 days after the completion of contract.
