New Puerto Rico Enforcement Officer Hire Timelines

• USA Jobs Announcement to be determined • Currently pursuing other hiring programs to facilitate a faster hiring process

•  Veterans Recruitment Appointment (VRA) – allows appointment of eligible veterans to existing agency vacancies

• Once selected •  Complete physical, psychological and security requirements •  3 months of Uniform Police Training Program at FLETC (Unless

already graduated) •  1 month of Maritime Law Enforcement Training Program at FLETC •  3 months of Field Training and Evaluation Program
