Ordinary Time in the Catholic Liturgical Year

While the word “ordinary” means customary, regular, and orderly.

Ordinary Time may also be called Ordinal Time, which means numbered

seeking a part-time Youth Minister to

join the team developing a new pro-

gram to actively engage parish teens

in the life of the Church. Candidate

must be a practicing Catholic with

solid experience working with youth.

A degree in theology or religious

studies or Archdiocesan or national

YM certification is desirable. Must

have excellent communication and

organizational skills (ideally, Spanish

fluency as well) and be willing to

work collaboratively. This position

could include Confirmation Coordi-

nator depending upon background.

Tiempo Ordinario en el Año Litúrgico Católico

Mientras que la palabra "ordinario" significa habitual, regular y ordenada.
