OKEECHOBEE
Join Us January 11 & 12!
Lake Okeechobee News is pleased to
present an Outdoor Expo on the
Okeechobee County Agri-Civic Center
grounds for two full days in January
where we will welcome local, regional,
national and even international visitors!
Okeechobee County presented this event
in recent years but as the popularity of
the event grew, organizers welcomed
outside support to further expand and
develop the expo!
The City of Okeechobee sits on the banks
of the largest freshwater lake in Florida.
Lake Okeechobee is the liquid heart of
South Florida. The massive lake covers
730 square miles in south-central Florida
and is the second-largest freshwater lake
wholly within the continental United
States.
Okeechobee is an hour from Treasure
Coast communities including Vero
Beach, Fort Pierce, Port Saint Lucie,
Jensen Beach, Jupiter and Palm Beach
and under approximately 2-3 hours away
from Orlando, Miami, Tampa and Fort
Myers, making it an ideal weekend
destination in addition to being home to
thousands of winter visitors annually.
Showcase your business as we make the
Lake Okeechobee region center stage at
this informative and fun-filled event!
