山东泰丰宝源数控机床附件有限公司成立于2009年，隶属于山东泰丰矿业集团有限公司，是按照泰丰集团“以煤为主、多元发展”的思路，成立的一个现代化高端装备制造企业。企业注册资金2000万元，位于国家园林城市—新泰市高新技术开发区内，占地面积53000平方米，建有30000平方米的现代化无尘车间和研发中心，现有职工400余人，总资产3亿元，是山东省最大的机床附件生产企业。

公司主要产品有：机床附件、数控刀柄、机床主轴、轧辊模具四大系列产品，集中配置了德国德玛吉五轴联动车铣复合中心、瑞士克林伯格超精密磨床、韩国斗山车削中心、台湾友佳立卧式加工中心等高端生产设备300余台，选用德国生产的蔡司三坐标测量仪、翰墨动平衡仪、日本生产的三丰轮廓测量仪等国际先进检测设备，配备国内顶尖的热处理加工设备，先进的装备确保了产品的质量。

公司于2009年通过了ISO9001、14001、18001国际质量、环境和职业健康安全三体系认证，研发生产的“维克特”牌BT/NT系列刀柄、顶尖、机床主轴、模具等产品已经覆盖广东、福建、上海、江苏等20多个省市自治区，部分产品已销往南美、东南亚等国外市场，主轴产品已经为国内多家机床生产企业提供配套服务。

• Shandong Taifeng Baoyuan Numerical Control Machine Tool Accessories Co., Ltd., attaching to Shandong Taifeng Mining Group Co., Ltd., was founded in 2009, according to the line of "Coal-based and Diversified Development". With the registered fund of RMB 20 million, the enterprise located in high-tech development zone of Xintai, a national garden city, covering an area of 53, 000 square meters and established 30, 000 square meters of modern dust-free production plants and R & D center. As a modern high-end equipment manufacturing enterprise, Baoyuan has more than 400 assigned personnels and total assets are RMB 300 million, being the largest machine tool accessory manufacturing enterprise in Shandong province.

• Main products are machine tool accessories, CNC toolholders, machine tool spindles and roll moulds four series products. Over 300 sets of high-end equipments are centralized configured, such as Germany DMG five-axis milling recombination centers, Switzerland Klingberg ultra-precision grinding machine, Korean Doosan turning centers, Taiwan Good Friend horizontal & vertical machining center and so on. As the testing equipments, we elected international advanced equipments like Germany Zeiss CMM instrument, Haimer dynamic balancing instrument, Japanese Mitutoyo contracer with inland top-class heat treatment machining equipment. Advanced equipmentS ensure the quality of the products.

• In 2009, the company passed the ISO9001, 14001,18001 international quality, environmental and occupational health and safety three system certification. Self-owned brand "Victory" BT/NT series toolholders, lathe centers, machine tool spindles, moulds, etc. have covered more than 20 provinces, municipalities, and autonomous regions including Guangdong, Fujian, Shanghai and Jiangsu. Partial products have sold to South America, Southeast Asia and other overseas markets, as products of spindles have provided related services for several inland machine tool manufacturing enterprises.

该车间主要以生产数控机床用高精密附件为主，产品已经覆盖广东、上海、江苏、重庆、辽宁、陕西等20多个省市自治区，部分产品已经销往南美、东南亚等国外市场。

This workshop main manufactures high precision

accessories used for NC machine. Products have covered more than 20 provinces, cities and autonomous regions, such as Guangdong, Shanghai, Jiangsu, Chongqing, Liaoning, Shanxi and so on. Partial products have sold to South America, Southeast Asia and other overseas markets.

该车间主要以生产各类机床主轴为主，现已与浙江、湖南、河北、广西、宁夏等地的国内知名机床厂家建立了长期的合作关系。

This workshop mainly produces various kinds of machine tool spindles and has established long-term cooperative relations with domestic famous machine tool manufactures such as Zhejiang, Hunan, Hebei, Guangxi, Ningxia.

该车间主要以生产高精轧辊模具等产品为主，产品精度已达到国际先进水平。

现已与北京、上海、山东、浙江、江西等地建立长期合作关系。

This workshop mainly manufactures

products like high precision roll moulds and the precision has reached the international advanced level.

We have established long-term cooperative relations with customers such as Beijing, Shanghai, Shandong, Zhejiang, Jiangxi.

热处理车间 Heat Treatment Plant

该车间现有热处理自动化生产线、深空炉、高频炉、井式炉、薹测炉、真空炉、渗碳炉等高科技设备，能够完成数控刀柄、主轴、模具等高精密产品的热处理工艺。

High-tech equipments are provided in this plant,

such as automatic heat treatment production lines,

deep space furnaces, high frequency furnaces,

pound furnaces, Trolley Furnaces, vacuum

Furnaces, carburizing furnaces and so on. We can

complete the whole heat treatment process for high

precision products like CNC toolholders, spindles,

moulds, etc.
