Lower Lead LocationPossible OH short location through void to OH tension tube via support plate that has been removed.
Crack or void in outer groundwall insulation
Charred insulation from OH lead fault in 2007
• Clean void in insulation and surrounding area using ethanol, Q-tips and scotch-brite• Thoroughly dry insulation area• Fill void area with Hysol 3561/2039 and glass bead- slurry mix• Overwrap repair area with (2) layers of epoxy/glass tape• If possible add Kapton around steel pins to further isolate OH leads from tension tube• Allow epoxy 24 hour cure• Electrical test OH repair• Restore OH/TF bus links and umbrella lid

1) Friday & Saturday AM- Thoroughly Clean Lead area2) Saturday- Make epoxy repair3) Sunday- Full cure4) Monday- Test OH coil5) Monday thru Wednesday AM- restore bus systems and umbrella lid6) Thursday AM- Return to tests and operations
