QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER/DIRECTOR

Duties and responsabilities:1.Ensures the efficienty in operations regarding the quality controla) Provides preparation and adoption of the quality manualb) Procures the procedure preparation and adoptionc) Regulates the system auditingd) Adopts the quality indicators and quality costse) Assists and organizes the reviewsf) Ensures the preparation and adoption of the quality improvement plang) Participates in meetings of the quality Boardh)Represents the client respecting all demands regarding the qualityi)Permitted to stop the production, the sending of products to the Client and all the shipping

2.Guarantees the uninterrupted process of the production improvementa) Manage the service of technical support for the Clientb) Drives internal quality improvements regarding products/processes.c) Guarantees that the corrective actions will be performed and evaluatedd) Guarantees the monitoring of the product conducte) Provides the compensation for the Client within the warranty periodf) Cooperates with other departments involved in the improvement of quality

3.Development of new productsa)Participates in the creation of new products/processesb)Participates/adopts Plans for the control on the new products/processesc)Participates in defining and classifying the product/process caracteristicsd)Participates in selection of the offer for new products As a manager the individual will additionally:Write daily reports about scrapCompile and distribute the indicators and costs regarding the qualityCollect the informations regarding the conduct of the product in the network(after the delivery to the Client)Write the faxes and corresponde with clients

Conditions:university degree in electrical or mechanical engineering,driving license,computer skills and additinal softwares for monitoring the materials and products(SAP, e.t.c),fluency in written and spoken English and knowledge of italian/french/german would be an asset, 3 years of experience in the same industry,candidates who have already worked in the vehicle industry and who are familiar with quality system ISO TS 16949 will have an advantage.
