Product warranty Dimension Technology warrants that for a period of one (1) year from the Shipping Date, the

product purchased by customer shall be free of defects in material and workmanship under

normal authorized use consistent with the product instructions.

In the event that Dimension Technology receives notice during the warranty period that any part

its sole option, to either repair or replace the non-conforming part in accordance with this limited

warranty.

No warranty will apply if

1) Device damage caused by wrong operation;

2) Unconventional repair or modification;

3) The causes of failure outside of the instrument;

4) Used in high temperature and humidity, corrosive gas, harsh conditions such as vibration;

5) Fires, earthquakes and other natural disasters as well as the pollution caused by radioactive

1 Profile

1.2 Function 1.2.1 Offsoon Mark III Front Panel

1. Cleaning liquid container screw the cover to refill cleaning liquid.

2. Power Indicator it lights up when power on.

3. Program number indicator displays the number of current program.

4. Liquid level Window shows the level of cleaning liquid in the container.

5. Program selection button press the button to increase the program number by one.

6. Cleaning Tube socket for gas tube, liquid tube, and electronic cable etc.

7. Gas-pressure Meter shows the current gas pressure.

1. Gas pressure regulating valve Pull the ring of the valve, then turn the adjust ring

clockwise to increase the gas pressure, turn the ring counter-clockwise to decrease the gas

pressure.

2. Oil Mist Separator Filter for oil mist. The filter can be replaced or cleaned.

3. Air Filter filter for the water vapor in the air. The filter can be replaced or cleaned.

1. Power Switch --

--- Power On;

Power Off.

2. Liquid Let -- Press this switch to discharge the residual liquid in the tube.

3. Muffler Muffler for noise reduction

4. Power Input Interface -- DC 24V power input interface.

5. RS232 Interface for communication with PC and fiber end-face inspector.

6. Pedal Interface -- the connection interface of pedal switch.

7. Air inlet -- Dry clean air inlet.

8. I/O Interface -- to communicate with external devices.

9. Exhaust switch to control liquid pressure. In status, the cleaner maintains the liquid

pressure and be ready for cleaning; In status, the cleaner eliminates the liquid pressure.

The cleaning liquid can be added to the container.

1. Cleaning Adapter choose the right adaptor to clean the product.

2. Adapter Nut locks the adapter tightly.

3. Cotton Stalk Chuck pulls chuck to replace cotton stalk.

4. Cleaning Button press the button to execute one cleaning procedure.

2 Installation

2.1 Working Environment For a consistent performance, please keep Offsoon Mark III from dusty and humidity

environment. The working environment need to be ventilated, with operation temperature

from 15 degC to 25deg C.

The exhaust tube of Offsoon Mark III should be extended to outdoor. I

machine near the window of the workshop.

2.2 The hardware connection

2.2.1 The gas tube connection

Gas-In and Gas-Out tubes need to be connected. Before connecting,

-in interface by

gas tube; connect exhaust gas to gas-out interface to outdoor.

2.2.2 Power connection

Please connect the power adaptor provided to the back panel. Do not use any other power

adaptors for the safety of personnel and machine.

2.3 How to refill cleaning liquid

2.3.1 How to refill cleaning liquid

1) Put the machine to a horizontal working stage.

2) Turn off the gas switch, then turn on the power switch.

3) Open the container, pour cleaning liquid into the container with funnel, observing the

cleaning liquid level.

4) Screw the cleaner cover tightly.

2.3.2 Cautions

1) The cleaner uses inflammable liquid with strong smell. Please keep the cleaner and

cleaning liquid far away from flames,

2) Contact with eyes or skin may cause irritation. If did please rinse well with water.

3) Do not breathe in huge amount of the fumes. If did, move the person into fresh air and take

the person to the hospital if in emergency.

3.3 Application Clean the end-face of the optical transceiver module

3.4 User guide The machine could start work after hardware connection and cleaning liquid filled, screw

electronic power on.

Press the trigger switch to initial test. The cleaner works normally if little cleaning liquid and

gas spray out. Otherwise, re-start the machine in ten seconds after power off the machine.

After the initial test, fully insert cleaning adapter into the female connector, press trigger

switch to start cleaning. The cleaning lasts about 1 second, do not withdraw the adapter before

the gas fully blow out.
