Our track record includes fabrication of the world’s largest diameter (24”), thickest wall (40mm) and deepest ever Steel Catenary Risers using narrow gap automatic welding. Projects include onshore pre-fabrication of double joints and quad joints as well as the offshore fabrication of hex joints for highly complex pipeline scopes. Pipeline Technique specialises in welding of ultra-deepwater, ultra-heavy wall thickness, fatigue sensitive pipelines, both carbon steel or exotic materials.
