Our track record includes fabrication of the world’s largest diameter (24”), thickest wall (40mm) and deepest ever Steel Catenary Risers using narrow gap automatic welding. Projects include onshore pre-fabrication of double joints and quad joints as well as the offshore fabrication of hex joints for highly complex pipeline scopes. Pipeline Technique specialises in welding of ultra-deepwater, ultra-heavy wall thickness, fatigue sensitive pipelines, both carbon steel or exotic materials.
We appreciate the criticality of vessel time due to our extensive experience on board pipeline installation vessels. We have performed spoolbase services for a wide range of clients in various regions, fabricating carbon steel and CRA pipelines with anti-corrosion or insulation coatings.
