FDEM Electromagnetic Survey

The profiler GSSI EMP-400 is a multi-frequency tool used to

carry out Electromagnetic survey of the subsoil in “frequency

domain”. It is possible to gather from 1 to 3 frequency at the

same time (1 up to 16 KHz) and this allow optimizing both

the purpose of the survey and the investigation depth.

As for the acquisition configuration, it is possible to gather

EM data by aligning the dipole either vertically or horizontally.

An embedded GPS allows for a precise data positioning.
