���ABOUT US The European Railway Training Centre (CEFF) was established in Spain in 2008 as a private, independent training school with an international focus. VISION To become a leading national and European organisation for the railway sector and other associated fields, specialising in training and the outsourcing of personnel. OBJECTIVES To contribute to social wellbeing and added value by offering training activities in the rail transport sector. To promote the transfer of new knowledge, skills and experience to employees and companies who operate in the transport world, thereby contributing to the maximisation of innovation in this sector of the economy. ���TRAIN DRIVER’S LICENCE ���In order to drive trains on the general railway system it is necessary to obtain the train driver’s licence which is officially sanctioned by the Ministry for Economic Development as well as the necessary qualification certificate to operate specific rail vehicles or on specific sections of track. Qualification certificates are provided either by the heads of traffic safety of railway companies themselves or by the Railway Infrastructure Administrator (Adif). ��� Types of licences for train drivers: • Category A • Category B • Upgrading to category B (assuming category A has already been previously obtained) Skills required to drive rail vehicles: • By infrastructure • By type of material

������QUALIFICATIONS FOR RAILWAY WORKERS ���The skills required by railway workers are regulated by Order FOM/2872/2010.
