1. This Resolutionsupersedesand replacestheBoard Resolutionsrecordedatrecordingnumbers 3255633, 3363415, 3400360, 3426585, and 3609249 recordsof Coconino

County, Arizona.

2. EffectivethedatethatthisResolutionisrecordedintheofficeof.CoconinoCounty,Arizona orJuly1,2017, whichever islater,("EffectiveDate"),a two-parttransferfee

totaling$1,400.00willbe imposed on allnew owners governed by theAssociation.A

$400 transferfeewillcoverthecosttotheAssociationforpreparingtheresaledisclosure

statementand preparingdocumentationfortransferringtheownership informationon the

books and recordsoftheAssociation.A $1,000.00transferfeewillbe depositedintothe
