    Notice is hereby given that any person at any time before the grant of Patent may give representation by way of

    opposition to the Controller of Patents at appropriate office on the ground and in a manner specified under

    section 25(1) of the Patents (Amendment) Act, 2005 read with Rule 55 of the Patents (Amendment) Rules,

    2006.

    Notice is also given that if any interested person requests for copies of the complete specification, drawing and

    abstract of any application already published, the photocopy of the same can be supplied by the Patent Office as

    per the jurisdiction on payment of prescribed fees of Rs.8/- per page. If any further details are required to be

    Under the new provision of the Patents Act, 1970 as amended by the Patents (Amendment) Act, 2005

    and Rules there under, Publication of the matter relating to Patents in the Official Gazette of India Part III,

    Section 2 has been discontinued and instead The Official Journal of the Patent Office is being published

    containing all the activities of The Patent Office such as publication of all the patent applications after 18th

    months , grant of patents & all other information in respect of the proceedings as required under the provisions

    of the Patents (Amendment) Act, 2005 and Rules thereunder on weekly basis on every Friday.

    The Journal is uploaded in the website every Friday. So Paper form and CD-ROM form of the Journal are

    discontinued from 01/01/2009.

    SPECIAL NOTICE

    Every effort is being taken to publish all the patent applications under section 11(A) of the Patents Act.

    However, if duplication of publication of any application is found, then earlier date of publication will be taken

    for the purpose of provisional protection for applicant and Patent Office will grant Patent not before six months

    from the date of second publication, provided that there is there is no third party representation.

    upward push. This push helps in lifting the component 2 i.e. the seat in upward direction ultimately opening it effortlessly without

    falling back to its original position. , the use of boot space and access to the fuel tank is made convenient. Also the addition of

    hydraulic lever does not occupy any major space thus not disturbing the original design and the use of boot space and access to the

    fuel tank is made convenient.

    Present invention provides specially a method and apparatus for real time cervix analysis and monitoring of pregnant woman using

    smart wearable wireless non-invasive embedded device. A noninvasive wearable smart wireless embedded device with combination of

    machine intelligence for real time cervix analysis and monitoring of pregnant woman is the main invention. This will continuously

    analyze and monitor pregnant woman cervical changes and vital parameters to detect abnormal situations. This system is means of

    preventive measures to avoid risk of infections, preterm delivery, life threatening event or sudden infant death syndrome. Since labor

    pains are uncertain in pregnancy the real time system developed allows pregnant woman to be mobile and still be monitored by her

    obstetrician. This alarm based system will also provide medical assistance to obstetrician to advice pregnant woman about preventive

    actions to be taken pervasively. Following invention is described in detail with the help of Figure 1 of sheet 1 showing schematic

    diagram of a system for real time cervix analysis monitoring of pregnant woman and Figure 2 of sheet 2 showing a flowchart of a

    method for real time cervix analysis and monitoring.

    earthen Diyas. The present invention thus gives eco friendly product. Camphor is used while worshipping since ages. The Diya

    contains Camphor which will burn for a while and after the Diya is floated on water, pure camphor will burn completely leaving no

    residue and when mixed with water its chemicals will purify the water.

    general we get the input from the load cell for weight, according to that weight we then configure the requirement of water, detergent,

    Softening solution, etc through the controller. This not only makes the system more efficient but also saves the wash cycles that are

    wasted for mere few cloths. The FUZZY logic controllers make use of the guessed values which are not seen. If seen this is not a

    properly configured value thus making the use of washing machine a bit unreliable, but if configured correctly we can always make

    this more efficient and reliable. The systems that are used these days are mainly making our water go waste in n number of cycles but

    the requirement of cycles should be according to the cloth and the type of cloth being used. When we see dirt accumulated on various

    types of clothes the characteristics are quite different, for example if we take synthetics the dirt just gets accumulated on the upper

    fiber surface and never gets on the inner threads thus to remove that dirt we would require less washing cycles and less water but when

    we consider fabrics like cotton they consume a lot of water and detergent allowing us to make these a wastage. This solution to this

    however makes quite efficient and proper use of water and all the other resources.

    Present invention provides specially a novel algorithm which incorporates two of the well-known soft-computing methods, particle

    swarm optimization (PSO) and genetic algorithm (GA), to optimize the spread factor of a generalized regression neural network

    (GRNN) which is a variant of radial basis function network (RBFN). Instead of taking any random value for spread factor as in case of

    a normal GRNN for simulation of the network, the spread factor value is been optimized by using PSO and GA so that the network

    converges faster with greater accuracy and minimum mean square error (MSE). First some random values of the spread factor are

    calculated as the positions in PSO algorithm and then the more unrealistic values of the spread are converted to realistic values using

    improved GA. The algorithm is applied on UCI machine learning benchmark databases such as diabetic dataset and Fisher Iris dataset

    for classification and Mackey series and Box Jenkins databases for prediction. The designed algorithm is also applied on realistic

    Brain Death EEG dataset for prediction which was acquired from Central India Institute of Medical Science, Nagpur (M.S.) India.

    First the GRNN is trained using a part of the dataset and then it is used for testing on the remaining datasets. A comparison is made

    between normal GRNN with random spread factor and GRNN with PSO and GA optimized spread factor. It is seen that the proposed

    algorithms classify and predict the benchmark databases with very less mean square error and high accuracy. Following invention is

    described in detail with the help of Figure 1 of sheet 1 showing the flow chart of the algorithm.
