1. Middlesbrough Football Club (“MFC”) reserve the right tocancel or rearrange the date and/or time of the ChristmasParty event (“Event”) if a match fixture is rearranged forany reason, including without limitation, rearrangementdue to television broadcasting or cup competitionrequirements or at the request of the governing bodies. You shall not be entitled to a reduction in the price orother compensation or to terminate the booking as aresult of such change.

2. You acknowledge and accept that MFC may beprevented or restricted from delivering the Event asadvertised due to regulations or measures imposed orrequired from time to time as a result of COVID-19.

3. MFC may at its sole discretion withdraw an Event dateshould there be insufficient interest. MFC shall endeavourto provide an alternative Event date at the same pricesubject to availability and interest. In the event that noalternative date can be arranged, or you are not able toattend the new Event date and have notified MFC inwriting (including email) at the time you are notified of therearrangement, MFC will refund any booking paymentsmade by you.

4. Unless advised otherwise the Event will go aheadregardless of weather/other adverse conditions. Yourbooking is for the entire Event regardless of any changesto the scheduled act or itinerary, which shall be at the solediscretion of MFC. In the event of cancellation by MFC forany reason you will be offered an alternative Event date (ifavailable) or a refund of any booking payment made byyou.

a.certify that you are not currently displaying COVID-19symptoms and agree that if you or any member of yourhousehold or support bubble (if applicable) develop anyCOVID-19 symptoms you will not attend the Event or theStadium;

11. If you require special seating arrangements, requestswill be noted but no guarantees will be given. Largeparties may be split between more than one table. However, they will be seated in the same area.

12. MFC shall liaise only with the lead organiser named onthe booking form on all aspects of the booking. Nobooking alterations will be taken from any other guestsfrom your group.

13. The booking is for the number of guests on thebooking form. MFC will accept a reduction in numbers ofpersons attending the Event (in writing) up to fifteen (15)days prior to the event but no refund shall be given. If yourequire additional places MFC shall endeavour (but arenot obliged) to increase your booking number, subject toavailability and payment by you in advance of theadditional booking payment.

14. MFC operates a No Smoking Policy (including E-Cigarettes) throughout the Stadium and you agree thatyou shall not, and shall procure that your guests do not,smoke in any part of the Stadium at any time. MFCoperates a zero-tolerance policy to drugs, intoxicationand abuse to staff members. Challenge 25 will be inoperation in all areas.

15. Guests are prohibited from bringing into or consumingat the Stadium any food or beverages not supplied byMFC. Any food or beverage not purchased at the Stadiumwill be confiscated.

16. The lead organiser named on the booking form isresponsible for the behaviour and actions of their guestswhile at the Stadium. MFC shall have the right to refuseadmission or to remove from the Stadium any personwho in the sole opinion of MFC behaves in aninappropriate manner or is in breach of these Terms &Conditions, or to terminate the Event with immediateeffect without liability. No refunds will be made in thesecircumstances.

17. You shall be liable for any damage or loss (and costsand expenses arising thereby) suffered by MFC as aresult of the behaviour of you or your guests and shallpay to MFC on demand the amount required to makegood or remedy such damages.

18. MFC reserves the right to search (at the discretion ofMFC) all bags, containers, boxes and equipment cominginto or leaving the Stadium.

19. .MFC shall not be liable for damage, loss or theft of anyproperty belonging to you or your guests.

20. All prices include VAT.

22. Christmas lunches dress code - smart casual.

23. We are committed to protecting your data andrespecting your privacy. We aim to be clear when wecollect your data and not do anything you wouldn’treasonably expect with your data. We handle and processdata in accordance with the EU GDPR, the UK GDPR, theData Protection Act 2018 and the MFC Privacy Notice, acopy of which can be found on the MFC websitewww.mfc.co.uk/privacy-notice or from the Sales Team.

5. By purchasing and using a ticket to attend the Eventyou and your guests:

6. You shall not be entitled to cancel the booking once thebooking has been confirmed. You acknowledge andagree that your obligation to pay to MFC the bookingpayment arises entirely on the date the booking is made,notwithstanding any payment plan agreed with MFC. MFC shall not refund any bookings cancelled by you,whether in full or part.

7. All bookings require a non-refundable deposit of £10.00per person. This is required within ten (10) days of thebooking to secure your booking. If your party numbersdecrease we regret that any deposit paid will retained byMFC and cannot be used against your final balance orpayment against any other products or services, i.e.alcoholic beverages.

8. On receipt of the deposit you will receive a bookingconfirmation and a menu choice form (if applicable to theEvent booked) to complete and return in advance of theEvent.

9. Full payment, menu choices and information regardingfood allergies or dietary requirements must returned nolater than thirty (30) days prior to the Event. In the eventthat your final balance has not been received by the duedate, there will be no further reminders and your bookingmay be cancelled without refund of monies paid.

10. All Event dates will be shared with other parties unlessa private booking is made. Private rooms are available -please call our Sales Team for further information.

b.if applicable, agree to provide your name and contactdetails for contact tracing purposes and understand thatMFC may share these details with the NHS andgovernment contact tracing services; c.agree to comply with any COVID-19 compliancerequirements, including but not limited to, guidelinesregarding social distancing, group sizes and bubbles inrespect of the guests, face coverings and provision ofcontact details for each guest in attendance imposed bythe government and/or MFC from time to time.
