After entering LeoOnline, on the Main Menu, click the Admissions, Registration, Student Records, and Graduation Information link

On the Admissions, Registration, Student Records, and Graduation Information page, click

the Graduation link

On the Graduation page, click the Apply to Graduate link

On the Curriculum Term Selection page, make sure the Select a Term box is set to the current

term, not the term you wish to graduate. Then click Submit

On the Curriculum Selection page, select the Current Program which you will be graduating

from. Then click Continue

On the Graduation Date Selection page, choose the date which you want to graduate.

Then click Continue

On the Commencement Ceremony Selection page, select either Yes or No for Attend

Ceremony. Then click Continue

On the Diploma Name page, your legal name will be displayed as it will print on the diploma.

If you need to change your name, follow the name change process before going any further.

Otherwise, click Continue

On the Diploma Mailing Address Selection page, select an address from the list.

Then click Continue

On the Diploma Mailing Address Selection page, you may alter your selected address or enter a

new one. This will only change the address where the diploma will be mailed. If you need to change your address, follow the address change

process before continuing. Otherwise, click Continue

On the Employment Questions page, answer the questions. Only the first two questions are

required. This is page 1

On the Employment Questions page, answer the questions. This is page 4. Then click Continue

The following three pages will only appear if you will be attending

commencement

Commencement Questions

If people typically have problems pronouncing your name correctly, please fill in the fields below. The reader will get to see your name for about 3 seconds before he/she reads your name. Please use a "sounds like" pronunciation, using all capital letters for emphasis. Do not use special characters. If your name uses a common pronunciation, you may leave these fields blank.

On the Name Pronunciation page, enter a phonetic spelling of your name to assist the Commencement reader to pronounce your

name. Then click Continue

On the Accessibility Needs page, check any boxes that apply to you only, not your guests.

Then click Continue

On the Guest Ticket Request page, select the number of tickets needed. Please note you do

not need a ticket for yourself. Then click Continue

On the Graduation Application Summary page, review all information to ensure it is correct.

necessary corrections. Otherwise, click Submit Request

The Graduation Application Signature Page is your confirmation that the application has been received. It will be followed with an email sent to your student account that summarizes your information. No further action is necessary on

your behalf
