Hafa Adm Speaker Won Pat,

I would like to submit my support for Tes Reyes-Burner to serve as a member on the Council on the Arts and Humanities Agency Board. I have known Tes for over ten years as a strategic partner, collaborator, and business resource. Dunng this t11ne, our professional relationship quickly grew into a wonderful friendship. When 1 first met Tes, she was the Assistant Manager for Agana Shopp mg Center. I solicited her for advertising support in my women's magazine publication. Tes was very kind and was genuinely interested in helping women and supporting local initiatives that will help the community. Smee then, we have worked on many community projects, mcludmg the Sm1thsoman's Key Ingredients art exhibit hosted by the Guam Council of Women's Clubs and Agana Shopping Center. Tes committed herself and her team to our organization and was always available, working side by side with us to ensure a successful outcome. Tes has always been a person that could be trusted to take on projects and see them through to the end. Her excellent commumcat10n skills and standards for hiqh quality authentic products and services that will ultimately benefit the commumty are just some of the reasons why she would be an ideal member on the CAHA board
