OST Facility History

OST previously known as Transportation Safeguards Division (TSD) was stood up as NA-15 in 2002

TSD had always been managed by outside organizations (i.e. M&OS, AL)

OST charter did not fully address facility issues (Maintenance, Construction, etc.)

OST does not have a HQ sponsor HQ funding is designed primarily for M&O contractors.

OST does not currently receive FIRP or RTBF funding.
