We are proud to announce that as of March 6, 2017, we have enacted profit sharing among all of our kitchen sta. In addition to salaries and hourly wages, 5% of all food sales will be shared directly with our talented chefs, line cooks, prep team, bakers and dishwashers. This hard working crew is comprised of culinary school graduates, first time restaurant employees, immigrants, artists, and creative, intelligent peopleall of whom work together to put delicious food on your plates.

AboutMAMALEH'S: a Yiddish word which is a term of endearment for a young child. Also a modern-era Jewish Delicatessen in Kendall Square, Cambridge, MA opened Summer 2016
Delicatessen smells, tastes and even the word itself may put a smile on your face. We hope when you walk through our front doors that your smile widens, your nostrils are, and you sidle up to a counter stool or sink into a booth and sink your teeth into a hand sliced pastrami sandwich, half-sour pickle, warming matzah ball soup or a beautiful fresh take on a deli salad.
We welcome you to join us for a meal or a quick nosh, an old fashioned soda, egg cream or a milkshake. Visit with an old friend over a cocktail at the bar or make a new one.
